We are here to support individuals and families that have been impacted by: severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes and flooding.
Counties: Bell, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Harris, Hockley, Kaufman, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Smith, Trinity, Walker, Waller
Case Management for Disaster Recovery is a free service which partners an individual or household to work with a trained Disaster Case Manager (DCM) 1-on-1. The DCM will perform an assessment of your needs and help you to access eligible resources. A DCM will advocate on behalf of the individuals and families with FEMA, Insurance companies, the Small Business Administration (SBA), and provide survivors with other disaster related services.
